Marshall Montgomery served as counsel for the plaintiffs in Stutes v. Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc., a catastrophic 18-wheeler collision case tried in Lafayette Parish. The jury found the commercial truck driver solely at fault and awarded the plaintiffs more than $30.4 million in total damages. The Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal later affirmed the judgment.
